Synopsis
Wayne Szalinski is at it again. But instead of shrinking things, he tries to make a machine that can make things grow. As in the first one, his machine isn't quite accurate. But when he brings Nick & his toddler son Adam to see his invention, the machine unexpectedly starts working. And when Adam comes right up to the machine, he gets zapped along with his stuffed bunny.

Entertainment Weekly
Honey has enough charm, good humor, and wry gut laughs to smooth over the dull patches and flaws in logic. - 70
The New York Times
If the new film doesn't exude quite as much fairy-tale magic as the original, it is still a thoroughly entertaining family romp. - 67
Austin Chronicle
Take this one for what it is, an entertaining Disney comedy of really large proportions, and you'll have a ball. - 60
Empire
Genuine fun for adults and children alike. - 60
Orlando Sentinel
This sequel lacks the zany spark that energized the first movie although the new film is often amusing and its narrative is more streamlined. - 50
The Associated Press
The laughs run out early and the balance of the film relies on special effects to tickle the audience’s funny bone. - 50
Washington Post
This is fun and there are few kids who won't have a good time of it. But it's no Honey, I Shrunk . . . The first movie was more interesting and inventive, with the tiny kids facing the jungle terrors of a giant lawn and the aerial attack of a zeppelin-sized bee. - 40
Washington Post
As one-joke movies go, it's fairly inoffensive but also never better than mildly diverting.
