The thrills become rather predictable. - 38
Movie Nation
The acting isn’t terrible, though the script at times makes the players seem that way. - 30
Variety
There are some unintentional laughs to be had from this hectic, silly, defiantly un-scary mashup of stock “cabin in the woods” and alien-invasion formulae. But that dubious plus won’t be enough to soften the scorn of horror fans who plunk down hard cash for this feeble, somewhat amateurish if enthusiastic retread. - 30
Los Angeles Times
The Gracefield Incident sports some impressive special effects in key scenes, but remains yet another found-footage thriller where the dialogue feels phony, the nonscary action is tedious and the images are artless. The angle may be different, but we’ve seen this before. - 10
The Hollywood Reporter
