Grant Simmons not only was an animator, he also directed and wrote.
The list of big name companies he animated for includes Walt Disney Studios (where he worked on Dumbo and Fantasia), Columbia, MGM, and eventually he co-founded his own company Grantray-Lawrence in 1954.
