Welliver is an American painter, stage, television, and film actor, best recognised for his performances in the web television series ‘Bosch’ and television series ‘Sons of Anarchy’ and ‘Deadwood.’ A student of drama from the New York University, Welliver commenced his professional acting career in the early 1990s appearing in both on-screen and on-stage productions.
