Charlita (born Clara Isabella DeFreitas on July 5, 1921, in Lowell, Massachusetts – died January 28, 1997, in Rancho Mirage, California) was an American film actress and occasional singer, often credited as Charlita Regis.

Active primarily in the 1940s and ’50s, she frequently portrayed Latin and exotic characters in numerous Westerns and B-movies..
