Oleg Konstantinovich Popov (Russian: Олег Константинович Попoв, 31 July 1930 – 2 November 2016) was a Soviet and Russian clown and circus artist.

People's Artist of the USSR (1969). Popov was born on 31 July 1930, the son of a clock-repairman.
