Nancy Wu (Chinese: 胡定欣) (born 9 September 1981) is a Hong Kong actress contracted to TVB. In 1999, Nancy participated in TVB's 18th Annual New Talent Singing Awards competition and finished in the fourth place.

In 2001, she entered TVB's 3rd Annual Cover Girl Competition and won the Most Photogenic Award, the Most Fit Award, the Most Attractive Award, and the Overall Winner Award.
