Elgun Guliyev (born December 25, 1999, in Baku) is a Berlin-based marketing specialist and filmmaker.

He has worked with Debut Film Studios, Azerbaijanfilm, and Pluto Film, gaining experience in both the creative and promotional sides of cinema.
