Jean-Marie Muller, born October 21, 1939 in Vesoul (France) and died in Orléans on December 18, 2021 at the age of 82, is a French philosopher, specialist in Gandhi and nonviolence.

He is director of studies at the Institute for Research on Nonviolent Conflict Resolution.
